Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz Hiro Blue Junmai Ginjo Sake
  • .75 oz Strawberry shrub or muddled strawberries & vinegar simple syrup
  • 3 oz Sparkling water or dry tonic
Instructions:

Add all ingredients (except sparkling water/dry tonic) to a shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled. Fine strain into a chilled glass. Top off with sparkling water or dry tonic. Stir gently.

Garnish with a fresh strawberry, Shiso leaf, or basil sprig.
