Ingredients
  • 2 oz Hiro Red Junmai Sake
  • .75 oz Lemon juice
  • .5 oz Elderflower liqueur or syrup (St. Germain or house-made)
  • .25 oz Simple syrup
  • Top with dry Prosecco or sparkling water
Instructions:

Add all ingredients (except Prosecco/sparkling water) to a shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled. Fine strain into a chilled champagne glass. Top off with Prosecco or sparkling water. Stir gently.

Garnish with a lemon twist or an edible flower.
