Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Hiro Blue Junmai Ginjo sake
- 1 oz Watermelon juice
- .5 oz Lime juice
- .25 oz Wasabi simple syrup (or rim glass with wasabi salt)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into ice-filled glass to serve “on the rocks.”
Garnish with a watermelon wedge on rim of glass, or cubed on skewer, and a sprig of fresh mint.
